Getting more of the life force or divine energy that is in the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, and sunlight is beneficial to all systems. <p> <b><font color="#739f96"> The Duh Factor </font></b><br> <font color="#000000"> We all know many ways to increase this flow of divine energy through us, including eating more fruits and vegetables, avoiding toxins, taking herbs and supplements, and drinking pure water. I know you are feeling better and if you never progress beyond repeating the mechanical aspects of Full Wave Breathing, you can expect to live a longer, livelier, happier life. So what's left? What remains is for you to apply more of your spiritual power your focused action to enhance the functioning of your mindbody system.</font> <p> <b> Increasing the Flow </b><br> This month's exercise is for you to perform all three parts of Full Wave Breathing and add a visualization as you do so. Perform the exercise either reclining or sitting. On the inhale, which begins in your deep abdomen, imagine the formation of a large cloud of golden energy above your head. As you exhale, feel the cloud, rain, the golden energy through your body to pool at your feet. As you inhale, the pool of energy then then moves through your body to once again become the golden cloud above your head. Continue for 5 minutes or longer and resume your normal pattern of Full Wave Breathing without the imagery. Did you feel the difference?
