Just For Today! The
Soul The higher your consciousness, the more whole your life--and the greater is your access to health and happiness. To increase your consciousness just a little is significant because the increase is logarithmic and represents a transformational shift. Having awakened, the next step is to heal the body so the soul can express most freely its creativity and joy that become the source-connection of transformation for others. The lower body housing the gut brain is harmonized with the head/heart operating as one. The vibratory effect on others is harmonious, uplifting and, in-turn, transformative. One-by-one each part of the whole sound his note until music abounds. To review let's look at: The ABC's of Higher Consciousness Attitude--Either expectant or repellant; positive or negative; open or closed to Life; and embracing as differentiated from resisting; healing or declining; you can get better or you can get bitter. Make it a “nice day”! Breath--Let your exhale demonstrate the complete surrender to God/Universe of all cares and concerns; becoming non-resistant to the tensions of the body, relax the cells, molecules and atoms. Use your breathing throughout your day, both to re-mind yourself of your spiritual nature, as well as to boost your health and energy. It works! Choice--Either you listen to the voice for Love or the voice for Fear, that of ego. One knows that all are innocent; the other blames and sees the guilty. Teach your brain to tune into the Love channel; access your essence. Choose to awaken, to understand and to change. Your world will thank you. Determination--Nothing happens without your dedicated effort. Even something as simple as breathing requires your participation. To achieve more in life, there must be more invested. Usually all that is required is the gift of time. Determine today that, just for today, you will be the determining factor in your life. Repeat this exercise tomorrow. Energy—All is energy vibrating at different rates. Each lives, moves and has its being in this Energy. It is called Soul, Creator/Source, God, Universe, All That Is. IT is bigger than can be imagined. Focus—What you focus upon grows. Focus upon the joy in your life, express gratitude daily and move forward to meet your dreams. Your deepest dream is of unity, enlightenment, experiencing oneness, realization, actualization, transcendent consciousness. And not of material things. This is why when you get them, achieve, and succeed, you still hunger for more. The most magnificent dream is to achieve full enlightenment. It is a process that continues after awakening. Grace—There is an never-ending flow of grace awaiting your awareness so that: Life is more joyous, and the bumps on the path become less disruptive as you learn/remember/awaken into higher mind, beyond that of egoic consciousness. Use your Full Wave Breathing to take you there faster and easier than ever before.
Exercise for the Soul
1. Visualize light radiating from the center of your chest. Imagine the light becoming brighter when you inhale. 2. Imagine unneeded stress leaving as you exhale 3. Visualize the light within expanding to connect you to the center of the earth and the center of the central sun located in another galaxy. Notice that where the two blend in the heart, the color is gold. 4. Feel your energy system suspended and supported by this light, connecting you to all other energy systems. 5. Imagine that you are smiling as you inhale. 6. Now, smile as you inhale. 7. Imagine that you are smiling as you exhale. 8. Now, smile as you exhale. Continue for Seven Minutes or longer, focusing on the space in the center of your chest that you imagine to be gold. (Please write to me and let me know of the result of practicing this exercise. ) Commentary The problem with teaching breathing is that everybody, having been at it for a lifetime, thinks they are experts. When was the last time you just sat and breathed—for the good feelings it produces, for the health benefits it conveys, for the ease it assure you? You can convince yourself that moving and breathing is enough. After all, one of the principal benefits of exercise—like that of purposeful laughter—is increased oxygenation. Moving and breathing is great—and mandatory. What do you imagine would happen if you were to take the same energy used when exercising and instead of expending it, you were to in-vest it? What do you think the same vital energy that is used to fuel your activity were directed toward relaxing, renewing, regenerating the cells of your body? Genius mind is not needed to realize and utilize the benefits of consciously directing your breath. Only disciplined mind is required—and the willingness to begin. Become a disciple of your breath and see where it leads you. Knowingly create an activation response followed by a relaxation response and feel more at peace, more deeply at ease. Meditation is agreed upon as a great method to reach a space of clear mind and to feel inner peace—even if it only works for half of most Western populations. What if just by breathing in a certain way your meditation could be deepened and enhanced? Would you be willing to test something new for yourself? Last week while waiting for Caron’s plane to land, I sat and breathed—1000 times. The fatigue of the day and any normal concern about waiting dissolved as I watched the crowd and observed the people who made it up. Anyone who meditates might well enjoy making a 1000 Full Wave Breaths part of their practice. For those who are beyond the beginner stage and can breathe to 100 Full Wave Breaths, keep increasing the number until you reach 1000. Give yourself a few minutes afterward to sit with your eyes open before you arise and return to activity

Yes, you are innocent, and you either teach joy or you are part of the problem. Decide to radiate an uplifting energy and become a contributor to the health and well being of planetary life. Use Full Wave Breathing and make your intention to fill all of the cells in your body with Joy. Continue until you can imagine all of the organs glands and cells smiling and dancing inside. Repeat at least every hour throughout the day. It takes less than a minute to feel better. The Duh Factor In an article entitled, The Teen Drinking Dilemma, Newsweek reports that the earlier children start drinking alcohol, “the more likely they are to have problems with alcohol in their life.”
